Special K Bars have been a longtime hit in our house for adults and kids alike. The crunchy goodness of Special K cereal and peanut butter makes for a satisfying snack that, despite using both sugar and corn syrup, is not overly sweet. The mixture can be cut either into bars or formed into clusters, but keep them small—this delicious snack is very filling.
Other good reasons to love them? They’re no bake and ready in about half-an-hour. Enjoy!
