These wings are yummy and really easy to make. Interestingly, the wings are baked before getting covered with the smoked paprika mixture. And Scott was adamant that we use smoked paprika vs regular paprika. The wings have got a great savory taste with just enough bite—no dip needed!

Total time: 40 minutes

Yield: 18—24 wings, depending on size

Preheat oven to 425⁰ F

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 ½ teaspoons sea salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  1. Bake unseasoned wings for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Cool for 5-10 minutes. Spices may clump if the wings are too hot.
