Health and wellness have always been important to me. I am thankful to have inherited good genes and for my parents instilling in me an appreciation for two philosophies: (1) get to the root of the matter rather than treating a symptom; and (2) do what you, personally, can do to correct a health issue–don’t rely on pills if you don’t have to.
Most of the health articles that I read center on diet and natural ways to restore and improve health. There are more of them than I would ever be able to include in this section, so that said, I will include the ones that I have found to be the most helpful in my life.
