This has been my go-to dish for something quick, easy, and delicious. People have asked for this recipe almost every time I’ve brought it somewhere.

Prep time: about 30 min
Yields: about four dozen
2 sticks melted butter
1 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup peanutbutter
2 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
12 oz semisweet chocolate bits
3 tablespoons butter
Combine the first four ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread in 13 x 9 pan.
Melt the butter and add the chocolate chips, stirring constantly until they are melted. Mixture should look smooth and shiny.
Spread the melted chocolate over the solid mixture in the pan, evenly.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes and then cut into squares. If mixture is too hard to cut, let the pan sit out at room temperature until softer and then cut.
