If you’re a bacon fan, this recipe is for you. It is easy, delicious, fast, and there’s minimal prep. It’s other name could be “Bacon Perfection.”

Source: Stasia Yields: As many crackers as you want to make:) Preheat oven to 375⁰F
There are a few variations to this recipe. I’ve seen baking temperatures at 250⁰ with a cooking time of 45 minutes, 350⁰ with a cooking time of 30 minutes, and 375⁰ with a cooking time of 20 minutes. I tried both 350⁰ and 375⁰ and didn’t find much of a difference in the results, so in the interest of time, I will go with the combination of 375⁰ and 20 minutes for this recipe.

There were also variations in the amount of brown sugar topping that was suggested. I tried 1, 1 ½, and 2 teaspoons, as well as adding some black pepper on one cracker for something more savory. They were all good, but my favorite was 1 tsp with no black pepper. The additional brown sugar melted over, at least at the higher temperature. I didn’t try baking the crackers at 250⁰, but if you think you would like a sweeter version of this recipe, my suggestion is use the greater amount of brown sugar, and go with the lower temperature and longer cook time to see if has a gentler effect on melting the topping.
